Great experience every time. I have bought quite a bit of computer parts recently and every sales person is professional and helpful. On my last visit this weekend, the sales person Daniel was able to help us get a special cord we needed that was not in stock anywhere else. Highly recommend.

This is a huge store for all your electronic needs. My daughter wanted to build her own PC so we came here to get all the parts that she needed to do the job. The guy that was helping her was really nice and helpful. She got all the parts that she wanted plus she also got a cool 3-D printer there too. We were satisfied with our experience there.

Always go here instead of the mainstream chains. My salesman in the computer section was direct with what options would be good for me and didn't push upsells too hard. Goodbye money hello computer but I feel good about it with the supportive warranty.

I really like this micro center. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the store is well stocked. I bought my beloved prebuilt pc here some years ago. The cable management was a little wacky but it was a fantastic deal which was impressive considering the GPU drought taking place at the time. This is also one of the only places in Columbus where you can buy Bawls sodas. I do wish you didn’t have to give out a phone or email to check out now, but that’s their corporate policy, not this store’s.

Walked in and worked with Joey L. He discussed what I wanted and best options for over 40 minutes, helped me find exactly what I needed and was very patient and knowledgeable. Ended up getting a refurbished/open box-new condition laptop with every spec I needed, and saved over 30% in the process. Great staff. The best and only place for tech.

Had an awesome experience here today at the Columbus Micro Center. I needed a new power supply and storage drive because they failed, and they had everything I needed for a good price. Matt Ingram helped me and he did an excellent job, and had an endless wealth of knowledge on everything I asked about. I have not bought pc parts for almost 5 years and he made my experience very smooth and painless, a very honest salesman. Thank you Matt I'll make sure to find you again if I need anything!

This IS the electronics store you have been looking for. Whatever you need, they probably have it. I could spend hours here just looking, and many thousands of dollars, to boot. Custom keyboards, gaming accessories, including flight yokes, joysticks, complete HOTAS setups, MFDs, some of the best displays I've ever seen, including TVs, and Monitors. Even a handheld gaming PC (I think it was ROG, but don't quote me). This is a nerd/ electronics geek's paradise.

As of July 2, 2026 they are rearranging the store. Luckily I was shopping for specific pieces and the floor staff was very attentive and got me what I needed. In and out very quickly, great prices, excellent service. Sales are not pushy, yet knowledge about their products.

Micro Center customers are loyal for a reason. The best selection, pricing, and most of all--the onsite technical support team. I've been a customer for years, and will not shop anywhere else. Kudos to Nathan for my most recent visit. After several days spent pulling out my hair while trying to solve an issue on my own, I brought my laptop into the store for a consultation. He had me on my way in a matter of minutes, helping me avoid having to purchase a whole new system. I can't thank him enough for his effort, professionalism, and generosity. Special recognition for Torrance C. (Operations Assoc.) as well. What a delightful young professional. He went out of his way to thank me for my business, making me feel appreciated and looking forward to my next visit.

I bought an amazing 270K Plus Z890 Mobo and 32GB Ram combo for $549 here during ram shortage and it was great. The value was unmatched and $400 cheaper than anywhere else. You cannot find anything like Micro Center anywhere else. The employee I talked to to get the bundle was also really nice and knowledgeable. We had a great conversation about PC Building and he helped me pick out a XFX RX9070XT open box for $619. This place has friendly staff, great deals, and deserves much more than 5 stars.
